Full training weekend over and nothing happened at home, There was no crying, everyone was still alive. Things are actually falling into place!
Part of the reason I could never commit to doing this training before was because I'm a single mom, always worrying about things falling apart at home. This weekend was a great time to learn about Pranayama. I learned breathing techniques to help calm my mind. It's funny how things seem to come to you exactly when you need them! This is also the first time I've really looked at the material outside of class. As I sit here quietly this morning doing meditation I can almost start to feel a bit of a shift. Maybe it's starting to sink in and all the worrying I've been doing about "could I even do it" is being replaced with "I can't wait to get back to it!" So we are off for the next 2 weeks and I'm a little sad that I won't be in your company. Till then I'll be meditating...and reading! Namaste K.
