11:30-12:30 Gentle Yoga Practice
12:30-1:30 Cooking Class. We will make ghee (clarified butter) and Kitchari (a staple in Ayurvedic cooking which is beneficial for digestion)
1:00-1:30 Mindful Eating
1:30-2:00 Digestive Yoga practice
2:00–3:00 Intro to Ayurveda (5000 year old healing system from India) including how to take care of your dosha (personal constitution) in the upcoming spring season
3:00-4:00 Breathing and mindful walk
4:00-5:00 Ayurvedic facial and self care practices
5:00-6:00 Closing Yoga practice
Lunch, tea and snacks will be provided
