A beautiful blend of Somatics and Yin Yoga.

This 40-Hour training will introduce you to the basics of Somatics as well as Yin Yoga and how they work together to create a safe, gentle and mindful practice.
Somatic movements are very cognitive and help us get to the root of habitual patterns as well as chronic tension that may be held in the body.
Yin style postures focus on the connective tissues and is a slower more meditative Yoga practice.
Learn common yin poses and the somatic movements which compliment them. Also sequencing classes and yin anatomy with be presented by Samantha Sambrooke, a Yoga Therapist, with over 11 years of teaching experience.
Open to all interested students, no previous teacher training required. However, if you plan on teaching this style of Yoga, a 200-hour Teacher Training Certificate may be required.
For those registered with the Yoga Alliance, this training counts for 40 hours of continuing education credits.
