Yin & Restorative Yoga Immersion
5 Sundays: October 28th, November 4th, 18th, 25th and December 2nd 8am - 5pm
Go deep into the connective tissues and deep into mindfulness in this slower, meditative practice. Learn common yin poses, sequencing and yin anatomy with Samantha Sambrooke.
Restorative teacher, Megan MacDonald will teach you the difference between yin and restorative yoga and how to weave restorative poses into your practice and/or teaching.
Our final Sunday will centre around practice teaching and how to give Thai massage inspired assists.
Open to all interested students, no previous teacher training required.
