Yin & Restorative Yoga Immersion

Go deep into the connective tissues and deep into mindfulness in this slower, meditative practice. Learn common yin poses, sequencing and yin anatomy with Samantha Sambrooke.
Restorative teacher, Megan MacDonald will teach you the difference between yin and restorative yoga and how to weave restorative poses into your practice and/or teaching.
Our final Sunday will centre around practice teaching and how to give Thai massage inspired assists.
Open to all interested students, no previous teacher training required. However, if you plan on teaching this style of Yoga, a 200-hour Teacher Training Certificate may be required.
For those registered with the Yoga Alliance, this training counts for 45 hours of continuing education credits.
Students are required to purchase the book, "The Complete Guide to Yin Yoga" by Bernie Clark.
