Lead by yoga instructor Samantha Sambrooke, Yoga Nidra (Yoga Sleep) is a complete and transformative practice on its own. It's also very accessible, as the class is done entirely laying down on the back or sitting in a chair.
In the first 2-hour session, on Thursday June 22nd (7:15pm - 9:15pm), you’ll learn more about Yoga Nidra, create a personal mantra (sankalpa) and experience a full practice. The 7 WEDNESDAYS to follow, June 28th - August 9th will consist of a one-hour practice of Yoga Nidra from 8:15pm - 9:15pm.
Classes will be held at Dynamic Fitness, Charlottetown, PE.
